Defunding Planned Parenthood Failed 53-46
++What this means is that it didn't reach cloture, which needed 60 votes. In other words 53 voted to defund.

++Now remember the bill is to defund Planned Parenthood from receiving Medicaid money for all their other activities. Several states have done this in recent years. Today,Piyush Jindal cut off Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood. The courts ,so far, have not looked on this favorably.

++A new Monmouth University poll shows the Donald starting to break away from the pack. The Donald is at 26%, Jeb! 13 and Scott Walker at 11%. All the rest are at 6 or below.
