++The Iranian nuclear agreement would have to be approved by the United Nations Security Council and once approved would be binding on all parties.
++So it is not an executive order by President Obama but a negotiated agreement between Iran and several countries. Hence the irrelevance of the Senate.
++Even when President Obama leaves ,the agreement still stands. And a National Security Council decision is very tough to reverse.
