Iran Deal 98% Done

++The Decision time is now about how the interlocking sanctions are lifted and in what sequence. The other aspect is about the duration of the agreement. It seems that the arms embargo element was raised as a counter to an American insistence on a delay of sanctions relief. It is not clear whether this element which escaped the negotiators in the first Interim agreement is just a tactical position of Iran to divide the p5+1. Talks are scheduled to continue through the night.
