So You Wanted A Military Option

++The anti-diplomatic solution crowd have always demanded a military option. The examples cited are the destruction of the Syrian reactor and the earlier attack on Iraq's reactor by Israel. So rachet this up several fold to try and take out a complex nuclear infrastructure. And we have the largest non-nuclear bomb aka Bunker buster bombs ready to thousands of miles from our Midwest to Tehran and environs.

++To get some of the insanity, read today's piece at the Dailykos by Jon Perr "Bunker-busting bombs and a budget busting war with Iran". Besides the thousands of Iranians dead, inconclusive results, and regional mayhem worse than today, a sustained and prolonged conflict with Iran would cost several times the cost of the Afghanistan and Iraq wars together.

++Do yourself a favor and read this piece. He has the results of all the military scenarios known since 2004. It's not promising.

++Bibi today said that the West is caving to Iran. Now,Bibi wanted the whole nuclear infrastructure dismantled. Princeton University conducted a study which showed this infrastructure cost Iran $500 billion--or one-half a trillion dollars to build. Thin about what incentive you could provide dismantling this architecture. None. Even the threat of military attacks would take out one or two facilities but they could be restored relatively quickly. Here's a guy that needs to go to La Casa de HA-HA.
