+Middle East correspondant Ehud Yaari claims the Iranian nuclear deal is done and he quotes nameless Americans that the United States gave in on the last point. American wanted spot inspections of monitors dropping into sites unexpected. Instead Yaari said the United States agreed to "managed" inspections where Iranian authorities would be notified.
+The distinction is important but we don't know whether it is accurate. Also Yaari had no news about the whole discussion of the arms embargo.
+We have no idea whether anything he says is true . But we know that the Russian and Chinese Foreign Minister and the French foreign minister will return.
+Yaari says the deal will be signed on Monday. Bibi Netanyahu has already denounced the agreement and plans a full scale war on it when it goes to Congress. Because it would be signed on Monday that means Congress will have 60 days to review the agreement.
+Already AIPAC and the Israeli embassy are revving the engines to try and torpedo the agreement.
+We're back to the debate over the interim agreement, which now everyone agrees worked out fine. Now the interim agreement is seen as preferable to the new agreement.
+Bibi is trying to blame President Obama for this . However, the Iranians blame President Obama for interceding and making the American position tougher.
+We must remember the agreement will be open to be read. So we will see how much of the critics' views are correct.
