+But… Hillary Clinton's campaign sent an e-mail out to its supporters explaining the e-mail server question. It is worth reading if you are into minutiae.
+The point is that all Secretaries of State were required to send their emails back to the State Department for a National Archive project. Mrs. Clinton did and she has sent all appropriate e-mails to the Benghazi committee.
+Like other secretaries of state she had a government server and a private server. She explains that with top secret materials she read hard copies in a secure room while other e-mails once given back to the State Department might be reclassified for one reason or another as "classified"--which is different from Top Secret, etc. It is the lowest classification.
+Now the Clinton campaign says that there are no ongoing criminal investigations into Hillary's e-mail use. The FBI involvement is about an obtuse subject about whether her servers were secured anyway from outside hacking. So that's why they went out to the Denver firm to see whether they were secure as a router.
+So Enter the distinguished chairman of the Benghazi Committee which is supposed to tell us about the lessons learned from those tragic events. As chairman, he acts like Darryl Issa against Lois Lerner. Without hearing her testimony ,which is October 22, he asserts to New Max, a conservative website, that Hillary Clinton may face criminal charges. Anyone living in today's USA might be facing criminal charges--for whatever reason. But it seems to me this only casts the Benghazi hearings as a witch hunt because The GOP must knock Hillary out of the box.
