++Dick Durbin and Harry Reid both use the excuse that President Obama is a "constitutional scholar" so he knows what to do. The Democrats are urging President Obama to shut down Gitmo by executive order.
++Actually Dianne Feinstein had the best argument. Gitmo was created by executive order and can be dismantled with one.
++Dick Durbin has an interest in this because he has been plugging an underutilized SuperMax prison in northern Illinois as the site for the remaining prisoners.
