TransCanada Tries To Play State but President Obama Nixes the Keystone XL Pipeline

++TransCanada asked to postpone their request for permits to build the Keystone Pipeline and State Refused.

++The idea was to delay the approval until President Obama ceased being President. The Nebraska court would rule about the end of this year or early next.

++This morning President Obama ended the suspense. He refused approval of the pipeline. Hillary Clinton may have signaled this when she said she was against it.
