++Chris Hedges writes today a column about the Global Climate Change Summit. It's a sell-out because the results are determined by the elites of the largest emitters and the civil society isn't being listened to. But this is because Obama and company are in the pocket of the 1%ers. This is a fraudulent process even though it is the first in twenty years to produce tangible results. But the solution is for the industrialized world to abandon capitalism, the rapacious economic system that exploits the world's resources.
++Or something like that. Chris won't support bernie Sanders, even though he knows and respects him, because he won't take on the military-industrial complex and Israel. And we can't have any real political change until we demolish the American empire that affects our whole economy. Some truth to that.
++He and Cornell West have a thing about President Obama. I guess he was supposed to zoom over GOP obstructionism and create paradise. There seems to be lacking a sense of political reality. Yeah, we know the whole game is rigged but does that mean your participation won't nudge things a different way?
++But Write on, Chris. You are cheery.
