++If you were wondering why President Obama was reticent to call the San B. killings terrorism, the FBI haven't either despite the enormous arsenal and number of pipe bombs found at the couple's homes.
++Atlantic Monthly today examines the issue and lists the descriptions of terrorism that the FBI have to use to determine the case. A key element is motive. They haven't determined it yet. Was it job related anger? And the couple went back home and got arms to settle the score and then were off to commit other killings? Or was it truly that they were in bed with terrorists?
