President Obama Throws A Curve at The Paris Press Conference

++ In an extensive press conference covering his talks with President Putin, the climate change conference,the resiliency of Paris after the terrorist attacks, and the killings at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs, President Obama slipped something new into the equation.

++He said that the conference would produce a legally bending mechanism to ensure countries are meeting their obligations to the climate change agreement. CNN claims this will require congressional approval, which President Obama is demented to think he could get it under this Congress. We'll have to wait and see how it is formulated. But if true, it should satisfy the climate activists who claimed the lack of a legally binding mechanism rendered the whole proceeding fruitless.
