+The case against the California Teacher's Union will be a reverse Citizens United but will have the broader decision, not the simple one whether non-union members should pay a fee for the benefits the union negotiated for the whole membership. In this case, the plaintiffs are not members of the teacher's union but they claim they are compelled to pay "Union dues" or fees that support indirectly the political contributions of the unions.
+The "fees " have been ruled constitutional before. The case was brought by a right-wing "pseudo" constitutional rights foundation. Like Citizens United, it was solicited by rightwing members of the court. Breaking the unions ability to enter into political campaigns have been high on the rightwing agenda for years.
+In the Scott Walker episode of a few years ago, he let off the police unions because they supported him.
+But this case turns a simple labor management issue into a wider political context.
+All the press anticipate the unions to take a serious blow.
