WHO ARE THE BEST DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTS?

++Morning Consult did a survey of Democrats and found the following:

Barack Obama favored by 31%.
JFK                                    24%
Clinton                               18%
FDR                                    12%

I would rank FDR at the top. But OBAMA is certainly the next.
