ABC REPORTS RNC DISCUSSING TRUMP DROPPING OUT
++Jon Karl reports that GOP honchos are actively discussing Trump dropping out and being replaced. They have to do this by early September at the latest.It requires a vote of the entire RNC board to find a replacement. Campaign staff are quitting and Reince Preibus is continuing his tirades with Paul Manafort.
