BELIEVE OR NOT

So what was the reason the meeting between Angela Merkel and Donald Trump was so frosty. I can think of alot of reasons like Merkel is now the leader of the Free World. But the Germans say that Trump presented a bill to Merkel for $300 billion dollars as Germany's share of what the U.S. is owed for NATO. That is truly stunning and gauche.
