GOP TRYING TO GET AROUND SAME DAY LAW VOTE.

Paul Ryan is changing the bill as I write and the Republican Caucus is trying to figure out how to avoid the prohibition against voting on a bill the same day it is marked up.

The so-called centrist block still says the bill is inadequate.
