CHARLES GABA SAYS EXPECT TWO CBO SCORES ON TRUMPCARE

Gaba remind everyone that the CBO warned the House in December they would not score a bill with "junk insurance". 

Today with the clauses proving for state waivers on insurance requirements,Gaba says expect two scores because the waiver clause creates junk insurance.
