ROLL CALL: MOST GOP SENATORS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S IN THE HEALTHCARE BILL.

Roll Call raises doubts that this could be done before the July 4th recess. They haven't drafted the legislation yet and are just floating proposals by the CBO.
