Wisconsin rejected Stein's request for a hand count of votes but some counties re going ahead with the hand count to avoid suits. Stein vowed to sue the state.
Pennsylvania said that today was the deadline for the recount but Stein has filed for one in the court instead.
Michigan's recount is to follow. It couldn't happen until the vote was certified.

A Reminder To Bernie Fans

Outrage
++The Washington Examiner "exposes" Hillary's annual salary against the 10 top CEOs. Hillary earns a whopping $624 million a year at an hourly rate of $300,000.
++This reminds me of the results you get from dynamic scoring. In other word, take her top speaker's fee and make her give the same speech several times a day all year long and I guess you come out with a balanced budget ala Paul Ryan.

++We The People petition to try the 47 Republican Senators for violation of the Logan Act started off on Tuesday night at 7,000. Today's count is 215,000 and climbing.

++Rhode Island became the 10th state to legalize same sex marriage. This means that all of New England has legalized same sex marriages. The significance of Rhode Island is that it is the most Catholic of all the states and it was passed by huge margins in both the Senate and the House.Colorado legalized civil unions. Delaware is expected to be the next state for same sex marriage. Minnesota and Illinois have bills to do the same.
