Little Ricky Cantor loses his primary

++ A stunning defeat. A couple weeks ago when I was in Richmond, someone actually said that Professor Brat would beat Cantor. I really doubted it. Cantor was overly financed in the most conservative district in Virginia, which was almost created for him.

++Tonight with more than 70% of the vote in, it looks like Brat running away with it. The Imperial Post, sensitive to who's up and who's down in their town,has already proclaimed little Ricky Cantor D.O.A. 

++Just think during the debt ceiling debate, all the rage was that Little Ricky was planning on pulling a coup on the Tan Man. 

++Professor Brat, a very, very rightwing economics professor ran against Cantor as too compromising and someone who was plotting on immigration reform right after the election. Maybe Ricky could make that happen now.

++It is a real stunning upset. No one expected it in the pundit world.

++Unfortunately, the Democrats do not have a strong alternative , which is their problem all across the map where nut jobs beat GOP incumbents.
