WH INTERVIEWS CARL HIGBIE FOR PRESS SECRETARY
Obviously Sean Spicer is in the doghouse. Washingtonian confirmed that Carl Higbie, a friend of Eric Trump and a former Navy Seal was interviewed to become press secretary. It was rumored Spicer would be moved to become communications director.
