++Charles Gaba counted all those who benefited from Obamcare--children kept on their parent's policy,Medicaid expansion, the state and federal exchanges as all as others who have obtained ACA compatible insurance. 

++The number is 32 million. This week's signups of 11.4 million, topped the Obama Administration by a million.
