Stop Obama Before He Does It Again

++Don Young (R-Alaska) wants to stop Obama imperial overreach by revising the century-old Antiquities Act. 

++His legislative language would make it hard for any president but one in particular being able to create a national park or designate a national monument. 

++I don't know if Young is pissed at the Harriet Tubman National Monument or designating the San Gabriel Mountains as a park or maybe both.

++In light of recent Climate news about humans busting through four of the boundaries determining the sustainability of life, one would think national parks might be a good thing.
