PRESIDENT OBAMA SIGNS THE EMMETT TILL ACT

The Emmett Till Act reopens the unsolved civil rights cases and stipulates that the DOJ and FBI must coordinate activity and report regularly. The interesting footnote is that the government has to keep informing the families of any progress.
