House Apologizes for Bibi votes clean DHS Funding

++Maybe Josh Marshall was right about Bibi using his juice for the GOP to pass a clean DHS bill.

++The House agreed to fund the Department until September, thus ending the tantrum over President Obama's executive orders on immigration.

++The vote was 256 to 167. The majority of Republicans voted against the bill. They may still be unhappy but Boehner listened to Bibi.
