Martin Longman In Washington Monthly

++Martin Longman has a very long piece on the 1972 election. He rationalizes his interest because he feels the Republicans are in the same circumstances this year as the Democrats were in 1972. His point is that Democrats chose the outsider and lost 49 out of 50 states.
