Presidential Memorandum

++Remember this when the new Senate takes office.
President Obama signed a Presidential Memorandum today that preserves Alaska's Bristol Bay from all gas and oil drilling.

++Bristol Bay accounts for 40% of all American Wild Caught seafood.
++It is the site of the world's longest Salmon runs.
++And it the habitat of hundreds of threatened species.

++The Memorandum is based on authority given to the President from the Outer Continental Shelf Acts. Perviously he used it to preserve Key West and the Everglades. 

++I am sure someone will challenge this and take it to the Supreme Court.
