The Sneaky Debate on The War Against ISIS

++Rep.McGovern,Rep,Lee and Rep. Jones are trying to force a debate over the war against ISIS. House Republicans have postponed any debate on the subject or a vote on the Authorization to Use Military Force submitted to Congress months ago by President Obama. 

++The Tactic being used is under the War Powers Act,they can submit a resolution to withdraw all troops engaged in Iraq and Syria by the end of the year at the latest. 

++Their reasoning is pretty clear--the House can send troops to war, vote for billions for arms, but can't manage the cojones to debate the war.

++John Boehner says the president's resolution is inadequate and the President is derelict in his duties as commander-in-chief and needs to submit a resolution for broader military actions.
