Obama Removes Cuba from Terrorism List

++President Obama received the notification from the State Department and sent notification to the Senate with the necessary certifications to remove Cuba from the terrorism list. 

++This was necessary to facilitate the listing of the economic embargo and the re-opening of our embassy.

++Sam Wang from princeton re-emrges to weigh in on the approval rating fight in the wonkosphere. He points out that the disparity between Hillary Clinton's approval ratings and Jeb Bush's mean that Bush has to rapidly close the gap before he really has a chnce against Hillary.

++Sam's point is that Hillary's name recognition is about the same as a sitting President and that her approval gap with all GOP candidates puts her in the driver's seat.

++Besides we don't know what it means. Senator Coons claims it means the deal will not be treated like a Treaty requiring 2/3rds vote. There are only thousands of agreements taken by Presidents that never required approval. Coons says Obama has pissed off the legislature with his executive actions so that Congress feels embolden to act.
