++Gallup has President Obama hitting 50% approval rating and almost miraculously Obamacare has also hit 50% who want to keep it or expand it.

++Howard Dean called Bibi a 'disaster" on national television, which was duly relayed to Israel. Howard also said the speech was a "massive blunder".

11.4 Million sign up for the Affordable Care Act
++The Obama Administration announced that 11.4 million Americans have signed up with the Affordable Care Act. Several states have extended their deadlines.
++We will have to see what Brainwrap aka Charles Gaba has to say in the next few days. Gaba has been totaling all enrollees through state, the Federal exchange and Medicaid extension. The number he has come up with in recent weeks is staggering.

Ben Carson Says Obama Will Have Committed Treason if DHS Is Closed Down
++It's a snow day here in DC, Congress is on recess--again, and no wars have been declared--yet. But Congress only has two days after Recess to fund the Department of Homeland Security.
++John Boehner hasn't entertained a clean bill--yet. Polls show that a healthy majority believe the GOP will be at fault if Homeland Security closes down. About 30% blame Obama, the same who blame him for anything. So, as Ed Kilgore, says he's on safe territory.
++But Dr. Ben Carson, neurosurgeon and presidential aspirant,says Obama will be committing treason if DHS shuts down.
++IN his fight against political correctness Carson believes that the rules of war do not apply in fighting ISIS. Of course, these weren't developed by liberals but grew out of actual conflict and religious traditions.But we are exceptional so they shouldn't apply to us.
++Meanwhile, Congress has not approved a new Authorization of Military Force despite President Obama submitting a new one. Marc "I Love Torture" Theissen says he doesn't have to.
++I got blasted via e-mails last night that Obama has violated the War Powers Act but not notifying Congress about the use of force by 90 days within fighting ISIS. I was told that this was unprecedented. Sorry, folks, I remember Richard Nixon bombing Cambodia and not asking permission from Congress or notifying anyone.
