It is reported that there is a struggle over whether to deport "The Dreamers". Reince Preibus arguing that Congress should have a role. Jeffrey Miller, a former staffer for Jess Sessions, and Steve Bannon want them deported.
These are 700,000 people protected by President Obama under the "Dreamers" Act. Most of these young people have never seen their country of origin.
