The first was his nutty statements on the Civil War to the Washington Examiner. The second was his cutting a CBS interview short because he didn't want to be asked about his Obama wiretapping claims. But it was the abruptness in the second that got Scarborough upset.
After 102 days ,you can ignore or resist. But I sill believe he has dementia. So you really can't judge his remarks on ignorance, he is just deranged. Please look at his eyes. That's the Tell.
