The White House--meaning its staff--believe they can "reboot" or " reset" the Trump administration--once they send Trump overseas.
They have openly debated a wholesale cleaning of house as Chris Wallace reported--but there is catch--there are no serious people around to take their place.
This is clearly the time past administrations brought in the David Gegen types to provide adult supervision. But where are they is Republican/Trump world?
