++It's that time of year in Washington. The Congress is back-sort of. And we have the budget debate--the last grueling duel of the Obama Administration. Remember the Senate wouldn't even have hearings on the President's budget which sets out the Administration's priorities.
++And for watching experience, the Freedom Caucus, the Tea Party Crowd, split from the hyper-right Republican Study Group. This should make interesting theater for Paul Ryan to get anything through the House.All, a dreary business.
