++The Clinton Foundation is accused of receiving Saudi money when Trump made millions doing business with the Saudis.

++Another article in the Dailykos is about how concerned we should be about Hillary's lagging poll numbers. Not very.

++Senator John Cornyn wants to investigate Hillary's testimony at her confirmation hearing about the Clinton Foundation. Great idea. Before you delegitimize her presidency, delegitimize her stint at Secretary of State.

++Hillary Clinton gave a speech to the American Legion where she outlined her foreign policy and argued Trump doesn't have the temperament to lead. No one carried the speech.

++No, President Obama did not bypass congress by ratifying the Paris Accord on Climate Change. It actually is an extension of a previous treaty that was already ratified by a Republican President and Congress. Tricky ,heh. He just extended it by executive order.

++Hillary Clinton has a new jet for the final phase of her campaign which can accommodate the press. 

++Joe Biden and Tim Kaine are in Pittsburgh today. Kaine will join Hillary in Ohio. Bill Clinton is in Ohio on this Labor Day. 

++Trump is in Ohio today.

++A paper in Santa Monica,California claims that Trump may not agree to debate Hillary unless Gary Johnson can participate. There are rules for this. Johnson has to poll at 15% or above nationwide to participate. He's just trying to get into the Debate Commission's head.

++The lead editorial in the Washington Post is that Trump is betting Americans are suckers. They point out that he hasn't presented any policy proposals which he will stick with, he hasn't released his taxes, and at 70 he should really release his health report. On the other hand Hillary has released over 3 decades of taxes,presented concrete proposals and had her doctor publicly take questions about her health. 

++E.J. Dionne on this Labor Day tells us that populism can't feed your family. E.J. says Trump has not spoken to any concerns of everyday Americans while Hillary has buckets of proposals on everything from child care to the infrastructure.

++The Trump tax issue I referred to yesterday was a letter from Trump's lawyers that audits of recent years have been completed and he made no mention of an audit for this year. In addition, he used a strange phrase for the completed audits--they have been sealed. Is that like my recent legal settlement is sealed? I can't tell how much the other party settled for.

++The LA TIMES has a story about why Trump has so much trouble in Pennsylvania. They think he's wacky and can cause wars.

++Bernie Sanders is campaigning alone for Hillary in New Hampshire. He says Hillary should disassociate herself from the Clinton Foundation. 

++Josh Marshall has several posts about the egregious coverage of Hillary Clinton and supposed scandals . Josh's point is that you have a direct bribery case of Trump and the Attorney General of Florida with the Trump foundation and that didn't get coverage . Let alone disqualify him and then you have the New York Times have a tantrum.
