In Trump's ongoing war with our intelligence community, the Wall Street Journal reports that Trump once to cut the budgets of the intelligence community by stripping down the Office of the Director of National Intelligence ,which is "bloated and politicized". The Trump team also plans the same for the CIA,which they claim must be slimmed down.
As Chuck Schumer told Rachel Maddow,"the intelligence community has twelve ways from Sunday to get even with Trump."
