5 GOP SENATORS OPPOSE

Now the pitch is that states can use Medicaid for funding infrastructure and education. This blog wrote about the use of block grants from Medicaid and how the GOP envisages them to cover budget shortfalls in states not medical care.  Now they are just making it overt.
