COLLINS WANTS TO WORK WITH HER GOP AND DEM COLLEAGUES TO FIX THE ACA

Collins tweeted that 1/3rd of Mainers are on Medicaid and the rural hospitals are overflowing. She says the ACA has problems in Maine but she can't go along with the GOP bill. The hardest I've heard her. She had said she was waiting on the CBO score before making up her mind. Doesn't look like there is any wiggly room.
