Only recently Mattis was in the Baltic states assuring them of America's commitments. The estonia military said,"here's guy that understands us."
But Mattis should know Trump throwing away the TPP,refusing the deal Obama had in accepting some of Australia's refugees,insulting Europe and getting out of the climate accord is the reason any country would be nervous.
It is not our wave of isolationism but Trump's policies.
