Newsweek's story deals with today's case in Brooklyn which searches to unseal the case on real estate purchases by Sater and the mob from Trump. The lawyer,Michael Lerner, argues that the case is germane because Trump now is president and if it turns out that he knew the mob bought the real estate than Trump had committed fraud.
