++Nate Silver's website says that the Obama Administration won the oral arguments yesterday. They have the odds now that the Supreme Court will rule 6-3 to affirm the administration's position.
++Other bloggers have noted that if it were a matter simply of war the Administration would win. But we are in now in the realm of politics. So anything goes.
