CSIS'JAMES LEWIS WRITES ABOUT RUSSIAN HACKING.

Lewis has been an obscure expert of cybersecurity at CSIS. In today's Washington Post that the Russians have now surpassed China in the aggressiveness and magnitude of its effects. Unlike the Chinese who steal our weapons designs and company secrets, Russia aims to wreak havoc and subvert the democratic systems in the United States and Europe. Lewis points to their intrusion in Germany, the Ukraine and Sweden. He sees this activity as trying to erode democratic values.
