++Meanwhile House Republicans are contemplating whether they should "censure" the President for his immigration reform measures. John Boehner is struggling to find what fights to pick with President Obama. To avoid a government shutdown, he is seeking a long-term budget so that the next fight will be next fall.
++Mitch McConnell is looking to end all campaign funding restrictions.
++Meanwhile we have no Surgeon General because the nominee thinks guns in the house might be a health hazard.
++The Defense supplemental will not have the Democrats' wording on closing Gitmo. The GOP refuses to allow Gitmo prisoners being sent to SuperMax prisoners in the United States.
