++President Obama met with Raul Castro and the two discussed normalization of relations. President Obama vowed not to let the past stop the two countries from moving forward.
++Raul Castro said he had read President Obama's biography and did not hold him responsible for the mistakes of the last 10 presidents. Raul said that both men could talk about issues on which they disagree but they might end up agreeing on them sometime in the future. He said he doesn't blame President Obama for the economic embargo and appreciated it that he was trying to persuade Congress to lift it.
++On lifting the terrorist designation, Raul pointed out that Cuba did give support to revolutionary groups but never supported terrorists. The only terrorists involved in Cuba were American-backed who engaged in terrorist actions over the years.
++President Obama said that the Cold War was over and that normalization of relations would unleash the potential of the Cuban people.
++On CNN, "Heb" Bush wondered why President Obama met with Raul and not Bibi.
