Bob Graham Won't Give Up

+Former Senator Bob Graham won't give up in his quest to get the 28-page section on Saudi involvement in 9/11 declassified. Today he hammers again in the Tampa Bay Tribune. He says you should call Eric Holder and have the DOJ release the info.

+Graham has appeared discussing this issue on the Real News Network several times. This time he says that the 9/11 families suing Saudi Arabia in federal court deserve to know the truth.

+Since he is bound by our secrecy laws, having served as co-chairman of the 9/11 Commission, he keeps getting close to revealing what he knows. In today's op-ed, which was an update of a prior op-ed,he says that the 9/11 hijackers could not have pulled off the attack without assistance from someone who had a better understanding of American culture than they did.

+He points to the FBI's intensive investigation of wealthy Saudi families that lived in Palm Beach County and he slips out that a counselor at the Saudi embassy in Washington was in touch with the hijackers while they were in California.

+The Saudi government last week released a statement that their own investigation found that none of their "agents" were involved in 9/11. They submitted this observation to the court in answer to the case of the 9/11 families.

+Shortly after 9/11, Riggs Bank was investigated for its role in allowing money laundering from the Saudis and its relationship to Bandar Bush, the Saudi ambassador. KPMG, a Washington based consultancy firm  was put inside Riggs Bank to monitor their cleanup of procedures.

+During the investigation by Senator Levin into Riggs Banks affairs with the Saudis, Pinochet and Equatorial Guinea, we were promised the release of the Saudi section to be overseen by Joe Lieberman.

+A Washington Post investigative story was suppose to appear. It did not. Bandar Bush went to the State Department and pleaded that he had been more than useful to the United States over the years. And nothing more was released or revealed.

+Bandar Bush's wife had to hire a DC law firm to combat allegations she funded the "boys" in California. Only crickets were heard.

+Bob Graham is not an Infowars-type of guy. He may be getting older but he hasn't completely gone off the deep end. Isn't it time to release the 28 p[age report on the Saudi connection?
