Steady Change

++Ed Kilgore has a piece with the above title that deals with the challenges Hillary faces. She has to deal with both her relationship with President Obama and the notion of change.

++Ed cites Greg Sargent's column in the Washington Post about what the Clinton campaign has found out.

++Their polling suggests that the electorate do not want to throw out all of Obama's policy initiatives and ,yes, they are fed up with the gridlock. But this has not yet got into the notion of wholesale change.

++As Sargent shrewdly notes that all the figures in Hillary's video are in the midst of personal and professional transition. They are optimistic but are nervous about the changes. Sargent feels that in the months ahead the Hillary campaign will unpack each of these people's concerns with policy initiatives.

++Sargent says that the GOP will say that these people's concerns are about government interference in their lives.

++Kilgore thinks that Hillary will be for steady change and send a reassuring message. If the economy starts to tank, she will then risk bigger things.
