Josh Marshall wants us all to remember today's story in the Washington Post about the consensus in the intelligence agencies that Russia was working hard to elect Trump. He also points out McConnell threatened the White House who wanted to share this with the public saying he would accuse Obama of politicizing the election.
I was wrong before apparently Russia groomed Trump after he brought Miss Universe to Moscow in 2013. The Russians have developed dossiers on all the sitting Republican congressmen.
David Corn of Mother Jones has been hot on this case by unearthing the secret memo by the CIA warning about this during the election campaign.
Rachel Maddow spent a big piece on her show tonight examining the claims and the charges that McConnell and Comey hit it from the Americamn people. Remember when Comey casually said they probably was an innocent explanation for the private server in the Trump Tower and the Alfa Bank in Moscow. Or maybe there wasn't.
