Michael Moore has noted that Trump has only been to 3 of his daily briefings on security since he was elected. Obama administration officials have complained about the rest of the transition team not accepting security briefs.
President Obama's attempt to have a peaceful transition was a result of his experience after George W. Bush and he thinks it is crucial in this complicated day and age. People criticized him of phoning Hillary Clinton urging her to concede immediately so as not to prolong the suspense.
However, Michael Moore is right that if there is another terrorist attack it is on Trump. He had plenty of chances.
