MARIO CUOMO DEAD AT 82

++Mario Cuomo died today only hours after his son was sworn into his second term as New York's governor. Cuomo was a three term governor who many thought should have run for President. Eloquent, he was known for his two cities speech at the 1984 Democratic Convention where he took issue with Ronald Reagan's vision of "the City on the Hill". I always thought he didn't run because he felt the country was still anti-Italian American. Bill Clinton was all set to nominate him to the Supreme Court but Mario pulled out at the last moment.
