+Chris Weigant, who writes Friday's Talking Points, has an op-ed on the Supreme Court this morning about the cases this month.
+He notes the floodgates of horror scenarios from liberals about the end of Obamacare subsidies. He strikes a different optimistic note. He believes it will be 5 to 4 upholding the law because Roberts already had a chance to gut it and history doesn't look kindly on Courts that destroy a President's signature achievement. He thinks Kennedy will join the conservatives. But that's touchy.
+On same-sex marriage, I believe he is on safer ground. Roberts let the series of reversals pickup steam so that the Supreme Court would only be ruling against 13 states. He finally got the case--by design--from Scalia's former aide. It was anticipated that this whole process should have taken five years from the 2013 rulings on Windsor but it has been an avalanche.
+Weigant says a 6 to 3 ruling for same sex marriage. The same prediction by Bill of Portland , Maine.
+So far the only optimist on Obamacare is Josh Marshall at Talking Points.
+Conservatives attacked President Obama's extended remarks in Germany on why the subsidy case is absurd. They said he was trying to intimidate the Court. Gee, the opinion has been written for months. So now they are going to re-write it because of Obama's pressure?
